This course is ideal for both in-service and pre-service students who want to learn or improve their skills in the usage of the English Language through subjects and topics which are oriented towards the hotel and tourist industry. The course deals with various situations in which hotel employees meet guests, including reception, restaurant and bar work, answering the phone, dealing with guests’ problems, giving directions, writing short e-mails and letters, suggesting places to visit and explaining how things work. The course places particular emphasis on getting students to communicate in work situations they are likely to meet. All English lessons are conducted by TEFL qualified teachers which enables us to give you good value for your time and money and to make sure that you will not be disappointed.
